Once submitted, online orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except in cases of error or product unavailability. Please contact us immediately if you believe an order was made in error.
Gift Cards:
Gift-card purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by California law.
Events or Catering:
Deposits for private events or catering are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Gift cards are redeemable solely at El Brinquito Restaurant, Santa Rosa, CA.

Gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced except where required by law.

Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by California Civil Code §1749.5 (balances under $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request).
